Overview

I am currently research faculty working with both the small grains and soybean breeding groups. For the past 12 years I have worked on discovering resistance genes for multiple soybean diseases and I've recently transitioned into working with the small grains program. In my time here at Virginia Tech I've mentored multiple undergraduate students from both our university and other universities in summer research programs.
