I serve as a grassland agronomist in the Integrated Conservation Agronomy (ICA) program, a partnership between Virginia Tech and Virginia Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).

I mostly work with on-farm demonstrations.

I work with producers one-on-one and in groups to provide education on management of hay and pasture systems. I provide technical support and training to producers and agency staff. I coordinate a group of grassland farmer-mentors who help to educate their peers through on-farm activities and educational events.
